$50 plo turn decision with 3rd nut flush

UTG: $50.89
HJ: $50.50
CO: $50 (Hero)
BN: $36.03
SB: $21.50
BB: $65.26
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q Q 8 T
UTG raises to $1.75, HJ folds, Hero calls $1.75, BN folds, SB folds, BB calls $1.25
UTG is a reg with 34/25/14. He's a bit aggro but nothing out of line so far.

BTN = 51/28/1, SB = 66/7/0 and BB = 93/3/0. I thought there's a good chance this will go 4- or even 5-way, which is an okay outcome with our actual hand. That said, what do you think about iso pre?
Flop ($5.50) J 2 3 (3 Players)
BB checks, UTG bets $5.25, Hero calls $5.25, BB folds
Standard imo.
Turn ($16.00) J 2 3 9 (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $9, UTG raises to $20.50
So I wasn't quite sure what to do when he checks. If he has JJ he's most likely gonna x/c no matter how much I bet, and J9/overpairs are probably gonna fold if I bet too large but might find a call if I bet small. I didn't think he would have many worse flushes.

Is betting standard here? And when he almost min raises on turn, just a fold? He can do this with a blocker I guess but his sizing seemed too small. At the same time I expected him to just barrel this turn with K/A high flushes, instead of checking back. His flop and turn cbets so far were 56 and 66%.
