Villain seems a reg at this stake, his stats were 25/14/4 over 700 hands. I sometimes 3b this and other times just flat; does this seem okay? My preference would be 3betting because I'd rather play a HU pot with this hand than 3-way pot in the absolute worst position with no initiative, but maybe flatting isn't terrible either, I don't know.
Anyway, I flatted and we're off to the flop.

Looks standard to me when I have a little bit of this and that on the board. It kinda sucks that T doesn't give me the nut straight but I can (probably) count on 9/6/5. Raising seemed too dicey because I don't think I can profitably get this in 100bb deep.

Obviously a very good turn for us, but at the same time I don't expect to barrel on this card very often. I thought he will check back with Kx fairly often, and sometimes even with 2p with or without hearts. That said, I decided to lead on the turn and bet again or x/r on blank rivers. The downside is that once he flats my bet, about half the deck devalues my hand on the river, namely Q/J/T/5 and hearts.
Thoughts?

Alright, so this is not a very good card, although I do block some boat combos (65, 95). Hearts missed too.
Two questions:
a) In this specific spot, can we bet for value? If so, do we have bluff at all in this spot, after having x/c'ed flop and led on turn?
b) In general, on the board-changing rivers, can we still value bet with non-nut category hands OOP? This might sound silly, but the board (and hence the nut) changes very, very often on the river in PLO and I find myself just checking too often with my turned nuts (or near-nuts) when the river changes the board. For example, on K96r 5h 2h board where backdoor hearts kicked in, can we still value bet a straight or KK? And on K96ss 5s 5d board where turn brought a flush and river a boat, can we still value bet a flush on the river?
It kinda seems like lots of people just bluff catch (with some frequency) with these hands, and bet with new nuts (flush or boat) and air. That seems an okay way of constructing a range, but I just wasn't so sure if we should always check with turned nuts.
Thanks in advance for your input!
