Pre limp was a misclick. After BN iso raises I didn't think we could get enough stacks in, so decided to just flat. BN was running 83/27/15 and flop cbet=78.

Bad board for me and we don't have any spade blocker, but thought I can't fold for one bet (leak?).

I turn a low wrap, but 6/5/3/A of hearts and spades aren't really clean. That said, I think he can be barreling this flop/turn with lots of pair + draw hands, although some of them will be J9, JJ and 99. Because of that I didn't quite feel like x/f'ing, but x/c'ing didn't seem too prospect either.
Is x/r ever an option?

Jam for value.
Yeah I agree, I thought we had enough value ott but river visibility is kind of terrible, so I ended up jamming.
As played I think x/r is best option, we are going to have fair equity on the turn but terrible visibility on the river.
Flop fold might not be too bad considering we have very little turn and river cards which improve our hand and are OOP against an aggressive opponent.
Perhaps it's too nitty, but OOP this deep on a drawy board against an aggressive opponent I would probably just fold to the flop bet. We have very poor visability and very few chances to improve and we are probably going to face further action where it will be difficult for us to call on most boards (or we'll be playing a guessing game).
We're almost 250bbs deep and with just an overpair and wrap (where our outs aren't clean due to the presence of two FDs) on the turn - does jamming here not isolate us against better hands?
Jamming here is quite thin for sure. I think it's probably the best of all bad/awkward options, but I can be convinced otherwise.
I thought of folding flop as I said in OP, but idk, on one hand it seems so weak, but on other hand I know I won't be able to call again on most turns. So it's kind of like calling and hoping he would check back turn, basically. I think it might as well be a leak of mine.
Unless you know that he is a passive fish i would def fold this hand even if you have the best hand right now. against a decent ref there is no way you can play this hand profitable on a flop like this. Just too many turn cards were you have to fold.
As played i think turn c/r is definitely an option but you will never gii very good. Flipping at best i would say, i think folding turn in this spot is best.
