5-5 PLO LIVE (To bluff or not to bluff?)

Game has been playing pretty standard, no big pots and only one loser in the game. Villain has won a pot where he called it off with pure nut flush draw for 600bbs in 3bet pot in a 3 way all in pot. Villain is a young kid, tends to play very tight, but when he is in pot, he does not like to fold, and my read is that he is a holdem player. He does make play plays post and is capable of thinking ranges and so what I believe.

9max full ring, 5-5 blinds.

UTG ($1000) limps
UTG+1($5300) (hero) dealt JT98cc raises to 25
UTG+2 ($3000)Calls 25
UTG+3 ($1600) raises to 100

*UTG+3 is the big loser stuck 7k and been 3betting semi light*

UTG+5 ($8000), villain, cold calls for $100
CO ($2000) cold calls

Back to me, I thought about isolating the fish since he is relatively shorter stack and there's dead money in the pot and my hand plays okay or good against UTG+3-the big loser's range and can potentially bluff or put us in good spots. Anyways, I choose to just call mostly because we are like 1100bbs deep against villain.

Everyone else calls, 5 way, pot is $515.

Flop is t72 rainbow,

I was first to act and the fish has been betting and stabbing on a lot of pots, even multiway so I check, and planning to CR all in. Unless the bettor was villain, then it might be better to do otherwise?

Anyways, everybody checks, and is checked around.

Turn is Jh, bringing backdoor hearts, and I have no backdoor hearts. I do have toptwo pair and nut straight.

Making the board t72Jhh

I just choose to bet my hand for $425 into $515. Folds to villain, and he makes it $1350.
I know villain is tight and would only raise me with good redraws, and most likely have hearts (and nut hearts) because we are so freaking deep. He may possibly not even raise 89KQ with no hearts or 89QT with Qhi hearts because he thinks its not worth it. So i put him on nut hearts at this point.

Question1: Would you still call given reads?

Given we only have 2pair+nuts8 and he has ATLEAST nutstraight with nuthearts + some higher straight redraw a decent amount of the time? I mean occasionally we have the best hand and he has something like AKQ9/AKQJ with nut hearts or AJJx with nut hearts. My thought was that he did not have JJ89 because he would not raise the turn everytime and that I have a Jack in my hand and he would have bet the flop with that hand. So I was gonna bluff on a card that paired the board, specifically a 7 or 2, and vbet a J or T.

River ($3165): 2h bringing the backdoor flush

Given villain has a nut flush here I say 80-90% of the time, would you try to bluff him off of it? I would have definitely bluffed an offsuit 2 or 7. But villain might herocall putting us on our exact hand, or just the straight, or a big wrap+fd that missed or may possibly put us on KJ89 with Khi hearts and think we betting lower flushes for value and call us down. Plus we might not bet all of our set combos on the turn, and we need to have some sort of stuff along with our set in his eyes to bet the turn. But still, if we bet, it is super hard for him to call, especially if he has only a straight (so i expect him to fold his pure s8 100% of the time, nut flush half the time?)

Question2: would you try to bluff the river given you have no history with villain and will probably not be playing him in the future? And this is a LIVE game so these spots won't happen too frequently that makes it PLUS EV for me to have an image in these spot in the future because A) its slow and we won't get into this spot and B) nobody will remember C) not too many regs on the table so they won't all see it UNLESS i get called
