4betting suited aces
I think I made a mistake by not cBetting on the Flop (I don't play PLO that much).
How much should I cbet on the dry flop in multiway 4bet pot?
3bettor's "3Bet Preflop" is 14 and VPIP 81, very loose

as a low volume plo player ( sub 50k hands ) who would consider hero loose-tight aggressive , this spot may find consideration as range developmental position . due to high hero range perception , without combinatoric advancement .
as a high volume no limit player , this would be a position of range attachment perception due to low ( air ) opening frequencies in multi way pots .
without strong math , image is likely the frequent determination . fold frequency is likely lower end , however , again , likely a strong developmental spot .
At this SPR, with AA, blocking top pair and having the two backdoor flush draws, you should just pot the flop, the check it's a mistake.
I come across these kind of situation quite often recently on gg.
A lot of players would mini-3bet and call the 4bet 100% and play a 2-3 spr hu or multiway pot.
The range I saw in show down are :any hand having a pair, all of double suited hands,
all kinds of rundowns.
Population cold call in 3bet -4bet pots even more often than single raised hu pot ,having the opportunity to crack aces, and it can easily go multiway.
For this hand, having an spr about 2, potting and denying equity is very profitable here.
In reality ,the bottom of peoples calling range here will be a pair and gut shot straight draw, which has 40% equity ,most of the time ,we'are agains sets two pair and wraps.
The players can play perfect against us.
Is there anyway to exploit this strategy? Since if we don't flop enough equity we are leaking chips by 4betting and folding flops. If we do have a hand that can pot and stack off, the opponent still can play perfect against us.
First, I wouldn't be too worried about players playing perfectly against us, and in general, it's a common misconception I found especially at my low stakes students, but I can be found at higher stakes too.
Second thing is that you should be always 3betting or 4betting aces if you would get an SPR of 4 or lower on the flop (In some cases you can slow play then in position, but only for the right reasons).
The third thing is that you didn't consider that they will fold sometimes and if your assumption is right, that they will only call 40%+ equity hands, they will fold a lot!
Sometimes yes, they will have a set or two pairs but you have to look at the whole picture.
There are flops where we should just x/Fold aces of course even in a 4bet Pot, but in general, you will have the equity to go with it, and overall this will be a very profitable play.
I agree with what Paul said. You have back door draws, top pair, and low SPR. Fire away!
