JanT is a huge donk running 96/73. Manallo is a fish running 33/12 with 9% (4/47) 3bet, though prob a bit wider here vs JanT's open as he has been completely spewing and raising every hand.

I really wish I wasn't so deep here, but I still think I must 3bet this, I would probably flat bad aces here though. Do you agree? Or would you 3bet all aces?

Really bad flop for me, I flopped no additional equity and I'm in troubles vs one of them a good % of the time. I have 37$ behind going into the flop.
I wanted to use ProPokerTools to figure out this spot better but I wasn't sure how, do you guys have any suggestion? looking at my equity vs their ranges was the obvious one but It doesn't tell me how often I get folds, and how much equity I have when I don't. any other thing that could be useful to look at?

Looks like I don't have the right equity to stack off here, esp with high rake. The donk's range seems to be dominating this board.
I wasn't really sure about my play here and this hand is torturing me because it was a massive pot in terms of BB's.
