4567s facing squeeze, bad relative position

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (6 Players) BN: $31.65
SB: $31.08
BB: $35.45
UTG: $13.80
MP: $20.53 (Hero)
CO: $34.42
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is MP with 7 4 6 5
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.70, CO calls $0.70, BN raises to $3.10, 2 folds, Hero folds, CO calls $2.40

Btn is 22/14/9 and squeezes quite much but the sample is small.
CO is fishy and seems passive out of a very small sample.
It feels a bit weird to open raise this hand and fold pre flop. The main problem will be my relative position post flop added to the fact that 3way my hand could be dominated more often.
Since CO seems to flat a lot pre, should I just directly open fold to avoid multi-way spots ? If so, which rundown do you start playing here ?
Or is this hand good enough to call the squeeze and just try to hit really hard ?
