Villain seems very lose, 59/29/10 over 17 hands which isn't much, but he had 3-betted with AQ95 before, so we may be ahead even on this flop. Hence I went for it. We need 40% on the flop and 30% on the turn to play for stacks profitably. But when we're behind we're likely far behind.
