few questions on this spot...
sb 73\48 wtsd 42, over 50hands
bb 43\13\8 2.8k hands - cbet in 3b pot 85% wtsd 34
as bb dont cbets - I decided he has no KK+, - so bet-call is mandatory(?)
pre - is obligatory call IP?

This is a fold pre-flop imo. Hand flops terribly vs a tight 3b range OOP and unless you flop a set or A25 (which is made even more unlikely due to a lot of Ax being in V 3b range) you're not doing so well.
FWIW even though his TOT3b% is 8 in reality this will be much lower OOP. I actually use 3bIP and 3bOOP on my HUD stats. Much more useful.
Post flop is OK I guess. No need to bet so big on flop. V range here is pretty inelastic on this board so half pot works fine imo.
Obv can't fold turn vs spazz!
In future though try not to post results. You'll get better responses :)
I think the open is fine, but once you get 3b I think you have an easy fold. Postflop I think all has been said really.
What's more odd is the big blind's play. His line here with this hand is nothing short of bizarre. For a flop that he totally whiffs, it's one of the better ones to cbet. And yet he finds a way to check call with just about no equity at all.
Hey,
Fold pre, it plays terrible in 3bet pots, now you just put yourself in akward situations like this, turn is fine imo
