we're 38% vs UTG GII range and 39% vs CO (separately)

really bad at any sort of math, so here is what I've got:
I want to count expected value of going all in OTF, that what I've used and how I calculated:
EV = ($Call + $ Pot) * Equity - $Call * (1-Equity)
EV = 44,22+127.19 * 0.28 - 44.22 * (1-0,28) = +16.2
does it make sense?

?in the formula $Pot means - pot size after every one went all in, right*? (I'm only cointing main pot) there will be ~$2 Side pot
0.28= we have 28% of equity,
