CO is a new player, but has been pretty active so far running 32/28/30 over 26 hands. BB is a reg playing 22/15/5 over a large sample.

We are sitting 163bb deep with BB, so flop SPR is about 5. What's our plan? bet? c/r?
If we bet and there's a raise and a shove behind us, can we fold? What's our cbet sizing?
And just your general thoughts about this spot.
