3w 3bp IP OTF

BN: $202.42
SB: $220.98
BB: $291.07
HJ: $195.80
CO: $200 (Hero)
Preflop ($3.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A T 2
HJ folds, Hero raises to $4, BN folds, SB raises to $14, BB calls $12, Hero calls $10
Flop ($43.00) 4 5 A (3 Players)
SB bets $27, BB calls $27, Hero raises to $148.11, SB folds, BB raises to $269.22, Hero calls $37.89, and is all in

Reads: SB is reg, 3b of 11% vsSTL, 72% cbet in 3bps. BB is rec playing 62/8 who plays loose/passive post-flop as well.

Questions: Is raising/getting in OTF better than flatting? Is folding an option?

My thinking: PFR cbets near 100% on this flop, CC'er range is Axxx, str8 draws, and 2p+ (discounted because he could raise some of those), PFR could fold some AKxx hands that are beating us, vs 2p we are ok. With so much money in the pot realizing fold equity becomes valuable. On the other hand, we are in both absolute and relative position and can probably do a decent job of realizing our equity.

Thoughts? IDK how to (or if it is practical) to model a situation like this in OddsOracle, but if you have any thoughts on that either, let me know.

Thanks
