Villain folds to fair amount of 3bets even BTN vs BB.

This is the spot when typicaly against many players CR is optimal, but the tricky thing is after I checked he bets 3/4 pot and I think he is good enough to recognize i might be CRaising here and his sizing tells me I dont have FE. 

Assuming all the information about villain and considering that he does not stackoff light in 3bet pots what is your default play on the flop and why?
