I am making the transition from PLO to NLHE, I have some problems exploiting the leaks of villains. And to be honest the transition is not going smooth.

Villain =23-19 3bet of 7,5. villain cbet ~81%. I am assuming this cbet % is too high (based upon my NLHE background) and can be exploited to be honest I don't know how :).

I was quite surprised villain didn't cbet this board texture, so I wanted to stab on the flop to take it down. Than I got a CR with the pot basically put him on AA** without FD, or sometimes KK** but generally AA**. His actual hand is a disaster since villain is blocking my 2 pair outs and my trip outs. To be honest I don't like his CR given his actual hand since the probabilty for me having a hand Jxxx that can stack off on the flop is very low. Since villain is blocking most of them.

I run some simulations vs AA**
AcAd** 63.49%
QcJs8cKh 36.51%

AcAd3hTc 61.22%
QcJs8cKh 38.78%

JcKsAcAd 74.21%
QcJs8cKh 25.79%

In best case scenario, I have 38% when villain is not blocking my outs. I think it was a NLHE play to stab here on the flop, I think the best play is to check-back and play it from there. Hero is not checking back like TP hand with a FD but maybe I will check a hand like T987 with fd ???

So i can bluff potentially flushes, there are some backdoor draws that give me equity.

- Basically are u guys checking back this flop or bet-fold ?
- Turn can i bluff potential flushes, villain is capping his range which doesn't contain many FD ?
- Did I miss anything is this a fold pre-flop ? Or should I fold to a 3bet ?

All feedback is appreciated, thanks !
