3B Pot - Go with it or Fold?

I'm wondering if check/shoving or just pot donking is best here.
This board isn't really great for either of our ranges but I always have equity and my hand needs protection.
I don't think check/calling is good. I also don't think check-raising is too good because he isn't folding when he pots it here. But then again if he bets his AJ10Q or JQ109 and then folds to my raise, I can see it as being good. He isn't always potting it here either. If he checks, it's not bad either.
I'm curious if a donk bet is best. For protection of my actual holding and if he calls, against naked AAxx, I'll have 35% equity anyway...thoughts?
