Would like to hear your ideas:

a) on my play - should I bet/call this hand, bet small/fold, c/f?
b) CO play - is A-T-8-7 enough here to GII?

You should size it smaller on these textures in 3bet pots. Allows you to bluff more often. getting 5to1 you probably have a close to 0 EV call assuming your bd draws are live as well as your gutter, yet a bit of magic math behind this justification...

My range is so strong, that Im not sure I should have a bet/folding range at all. Well, maybe we could bet very small with TT, AA25 and bluff some AKQ9-type hands. But this exact hand looks a bit too strong to bet/fold. As a matter of fact, I did put it on PJ and we are 39% against stackoff range of T+, pair+gutshot, wraps A25+. Unfortunately PJ doesnt calculate 3-way hands, but both opponents have stackoff hand about 58% of time, so we will win the pot outright 17,5% of time and having 39% other times (yes, sometimes we get it in 3-ways, but i think it doesnt change things too much) should be enough to GII?

Have to admit, I was quite surprised we had that much equity in the hand.

I would generally say that having a bet folding range in 3bet pots does no good to us, as we often get called / jammed on many boards adn investing a big chunk of our stack just to fold, shouldnt be a winning play in most cases, unless we got a good grasp on how tight villain is.

So I calculated the EV of pot calling here using your numbers that they both stack of 58% of the time and we have a heads up equity of 39%. For this to be profitable we need a little more than 20% equity when the pot goes 3-ways, which we definitely have even against super strong ranges. As for the bet size, I don't mind having a small bet fold 3 ways but I like this hand as a pot call. We can bet small with a more polarized range if we want to use 2 sizings on this board.

flop is c/c I belive since your reraise puts you in a range of top 25-30% lets say....and CO calling range consists of many small sets and open enders....so when you raise he is unlikley to fold so check/call and re-evaluate the turn.
