3.6 slowplay turns into trouble

BB: $333.02
HJ: $273.57
CO: $225
BN: $611.32 (Hero)
SB: $687.33
Preflop ($9.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 A A 9
HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $12.24, SB raises to $42.72, BB folds, Hero calls $30.48
decided to mix it up here and flat these aces. Probably the best aces I would flat, AA98ss id likely 4 bet this player.
Flop ($94.44) 2 Q A (2 Players)
SB bets $51, Hero calls $51
seems standard, I'd like to get barreled on bricks.
Turn ($196.44) 2 Q A J (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks
I run okay, worst card (well, best card) for my perceived range. I think he is going to C/F a ton, and CRAI with the nuts sometimes. Hardly anything can C/C here except for QQ, and I will get my 1 street from that on the river, or more if board pairs.
River ($196.44) 2 Q A J 9 (2 Players)
SB bets $156
I feel compelled to call because I have the top of my range, against a reg, but I've not been good here hardly ever. I just "literally" never see 9875ds, am I running bad since I never win here? Or is this just a fold.
