3/6 3b pot Flop Decision

BTN is a good reg.  Opening a lot of btn's 3 handed, 4betting a good range, and calling lots of 3bets.  Post his play tends to vary based on how he's doing on the session.  Usually falling more on the realize side.  He does stab small with a decent frequency when I check to him after 3b pre.  Usually not following through for 3 streets unless he's turning good equity.

SB is a fish playing 73/17, he has very eratic tendencies all around and often times makes spazzy decisions for no apparent reason.

Hero is viewed more on the lag side, and probably a bit on the stationy side.

600$ eff 3 handed

Btn 16.00, SB calls, Hero 64.00 with AsKsJh8h, BTN calls SB calls

Flop 9s7h4h(192)  SPR ~2.8

SB checks, Hero?

I feel like there are three potential options here: bet/call, check/call, check/shove.  I generally lean more towards bet/calling 126 on the flop, but curious to hear what others think.

If you lean more towards one of the other two options, why?
