3 Options facing bet on k'd down to river srp with trips

Blinds: $2.50/$5.00 (6 Players) BN: $1042.82
SB: $1487.36
BB: $500.00 (Hero)
UTG: $2131.45
MP: $507.50
CO: $3498.87
Preflop ($7.50) Hero is BB with 5 T J A
3 folds, BN raises to $15.00, SB folds, Hero calls $10.00
Flop ($32.50) 7 Q 6
Hero checks, BN checks
Turn ($32.50) 7 Q 6 A
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($32.50) 7 Q 6 A A
Hero bets $20.00, BN raises to $85.00, Hero folds

Turn is debatable I think. But I would like to know what your thought process is after facing the river raise. I think good arguments can be made for all three options.

Opponent Reads:
- Multi-tabling reg (4+ Tables of ZOOM)
- 55% Bu opening range
- 60% Cbet Flop in srp
- Overfolds vs steals and overfolds the river

Fold: Exploitable ("no one ever bluffs here", not raising worse for value)
Call: He is not repping much value and we are toward the top of our range
Raise: A good bluffing spot and hand candidate (block the A and villain is capped at A7 as AQ always bets ott)

Thanks
