TTQ8 ds in the BB. folds around to SB who opens for pot to 6 cents. 40 bb / 80 cents effective. clearly folding is out of the question. SB just got to the table, and two hands ago he posted UTG, checked his option then three bet / stacked off with four raggedy cards under ten, something like 9763 with one suit. So I haven't seen much from his play but what I have seen was a little erratic. But I don't want to necessarily make any sweeping conclusions about an opponent on the basis of a single hand either. Should I three bet this hand?

propokertools rates TTQ8 in the 6th percentile for 6 handed play and 3 handed play (in blind vs blind situations like this should I be looking at the 6 handed ranking or the 3 handed ranking?) Roughly what % of hands should I be three betting in this spot? Does the smaller effective stack sizes make me more or less prone to three betting (or should I three bet at the same frequency regardless of my stack size?)
