Villain opens 42% in the CO, doesn't fold to 3-bets and 4-bets around 13% over my sample of 1.2k hands. I think this is a standard 3-bet since villain is a bit fishy(aggressive lagtard) and I expect him to make a lot of mistakes postflop..
