What is your opinion what are the benefits of 2x-ing and 3x-ing?I saw that when i am 2x-ing(i play almost 100% of my buttons) spr is deep so u can play easier when you have called a 3bet, but in the same time in a single raised pot you are giving your opponent very good odds to defend more and get more hands to showdown so your money won without showdown is suffering.
2x vs nits eith inelastic calling ranges and aggro 3bettors esp if they over play hands when the spr is high and 3x vs the rest? Some ppl defend 80%+ bb vs btns minraise and only 40% or less vs a 3x. The biggest downside imo when you minraise btns is that u very often get both blinds to come a long which you dont want when you have a weak range with little nut potential very often and position is less of an advantage when 3way comp to 2way.
