So, I 3bet to isolate here. I dun put AAxx in his range much coz I expect a 4b. I put KKxx and Broadways with top pair or top two with broadways here. V is unknown as I haven't played much in zoom25 yet.

I tend to play lesser and lesser these DS super weak trouble hands, cause when it happens:

- set over set: we lose

- flush over flush: we lose

- straight over straight: we lose

I would rarely attack with these hands, when we defend with these hands, we are OOP - which forces us to c/f many flops when we dont hit set as I am not sure whether in any other case but flop A25 we are willing to continue.

In this hand when opponent c/r - I would be worried....

You are right about Aces, but what about Kings?

I think your only chance here to win hand is vs AK, but its too optimistic to put villain to that range upon his c/r unless he is serious beginner and bad player - which we probably dont know.

I think you put yourself in bad situation by 3betting this hand vs UTG. UTG's range at zoom25 is probably tight that there is just no merit to 3bet. Flop decision looks close to me but probably fold.

Agreed with the others, if you're 3-betting UTG opens with 4433ds you're probably a bit too wide. That said, you have position and a double-suited hand that can call a 4-bet. And the low sets you'll flop will play ok in 3-bet pots. So it's not horrible.

I think once again this is very player dependent... I prefer to 3bet this hand then call as it is horrible multiway IMO.

I am only 3betting this hand because I have seen weakness in some form, some player tendency I can abuse postflop. Eg stacks off one pair on flop, stacks off with overpair, doesn't stack off lightly - eg fit or fold post flop so I can abuse him easily. Also depending on his opening % etc. Before 3betting pre have a postflop plan.

Also personally I prefer a smaller 3bet pre to minimise the 4bet size and also create a higher SPR post flop... more leverage for you.

This board hits the UTG b/c range at PLO25 so hard, I have found players tend to be very passive/faceup at this level. So when you bet and get raised on that flop... I don't think it is ever AK unless AKJ10/QJ as you can easily have AA/KK here and there are no scary flushes for them to try to raise you off. They would flat. There might be some KQJ10 type hands as well, but often KK and AA.

If you look at how your hand plays against that entire range... it isn't pretty for you.

This can't be 'exploitable' by folding bottom set here as if I a player was to start bluff raising you on such boards that are heavily weighted to your range in 3bet pots it would cost them big in the long term as you'd have a tighter 3bet range against them and they'd just be spewing.

Also the fact he basically xpotted the flop alarms should be going off.

In a vacuum always a fold here IMO.

fold preflop.  getting 55** and below profitable longterm is probably not possible  imo.

The only value you have with a hand like this is deception, and it seems like a waste in a format where:

-it takes longer to create an image vs your opponents

-fast fold means they are more likely to play correctly vs this strat.

- think about the overlap this hand has with villain's utg opening range. its non-existant. Meaning 9 times out of ten you won't be getting action on even when you flop a set unless the texture is perfect and he is double suited or something. I think hes just gonna either fold correctly way too often when ur ahead, and bet too often when hes ahead for you to have any chance of making money with this hand...

As played I think alarm bells should be ringing when he ships over your flopbet. I also think its very possible for this guy to flat trashy Aces with bad or below average sidecards pre to attempt to flop top set.
