i made villains life miserable so far, 3bet/flatted a ton and always took it down. he SNAP pots the river, after i check back the turn (standard, right?)
think i should call the river, but might be resultsoriented, since he showed a worse hand than mine.
was kind of afraid of some 2pair combinations, but i don't think he turns these into a bluff a lot, right? guess we can safely discount 65**, if he raises that from utg i suppose he has some wrappish side cards and c/r the flop most of the time.
thank much

I would say bet the turn and check back river.
His pot lead is indeed strange. He's trying to say he has 56 after opening UTG and taking this line. Doesn't make sense to me. But what I'll say is that I very often see nonsensical lines that somehow randomly gets there on the river and then feel like they have to make up for lost value by just potting it. I agree that he shouldn't turn 2 pair into a bluff here, but he may very well value bet them full pot. Not that this is necessarily the best play, but it's what I see at the tables. And if he's bluffing he may actually do so with a better hand than yours.
All in all, I don't think you'll see enough worse hands by calling the river here. You got it right this time and that's fine, but call in the same spot 100 times and I'm fairly sure you're losing $$'s pretty quickly.
I would make a player note on him after this hand btw. Check-calls weak made hand oop, and pot leads river as bluff after turn checks through.
I'd be very careful calling this a bluff in a player note. Without further info, I'm not convinced he wasn't v-betting here. I certainly think it's a more sophisticated thought process to turn TPTK into a bluff than it is to simply think it's worth a bet and most low-stakes villains lack sophistication.
