How do you guys play this turn , without stats / reads on villain ?

If villain is remotely aggressive, I would check/shove this flop. It's not that good for your OOP 3-bet range which will be mainly big cards so you'll often not really be able to continue. By check/raising those hands you can continue with, you protect yourself a little from getting bluffed and gain money from the trash hands he'll have to fold to a bet. You also avoid awkward turn spots like this.
What Tom said, wouldn't change a sentence.
+1 to that but on a related note, do you guys think that BB should have a bet-folding range here (I'm new to PLO) ? It seems like given the texture of the board and it being 3way it will be tough to see him having many bet-folding hands, at least when he pots it ?
Generally, there should not be a lot of light betting in bloated, multiway pots. I can't think of a spot where pot-folding would make sense.
But once the 3-bettor checks, BB might want to stab cheaply (with blockers) on some lockdown boards that hit his perceived range well. For starters, monotone flops and rainbow straight flops would be good candidates for that.
Now you could say that once he calls the 3-bet, he won't have many pairs and Axxx hands that would block value hands on such boards, but if he has some, he should be able to use them. And even if he hasn't, he might have profitable steals on those textures anyway with tight opponent reads.
