$25PLO KKj7 OOP on flopped set

BN: $26.15
SB: $36.26 (Hero)
BB: $44.16
UTG: $37.27
HJ: $25.68
CO: $25
30 hands on UTG, seems pretty aggressive pre flop.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K 7 K J
UTG raises to $0.75, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero calls $0.65, BB folds
I think flatting is fine OOP at these stakes, but 3betting might be better? Or is folding optimal
Flop ($1.75) K 9 8 (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $1, Hero raises to $4.68, UTG calls $3.68
Should we smooth here, due to any non paired board turn being bad for us? Or is x/raising okay? When shall we donk flop?
Turn ($11.11) K 9 8 4 (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $7.12, Hero raises to $30.83, and is all in, UTG calls $23.71
Bad case of fancy play syndrome, thinking my K blocker was relevant and seeing villain as a little on the looser and aggressive side
River ($72.77) K 9 8 4 7 (2 Players)
Final Pot
Hero has K 7 K J UTG has A Q 6 A UTG wins $70.77

Just starting into PLO25 and was looking to improve, all comments are much appreciated. Ty

Pre: if villain is spewy-aggressive a 3bet is ok, but against anything else i would just call.

Post: if we give villain a range of only nutflushes we have 23% but we need 29% so we can´t call for direct odds. But if we improve we could make a small donk bet or hope for a chance to check-raise and we assumed villain to have only nutflushes but he might have hands that bluff the turn and give up river. This means the turn should be a call, I don´t see any value in a raise.

c/c'ing twice(turn and river) has to be better than shipping the turn. You want to keep his bluffs in his range and there is nothing he bet calls with that you beat it would seem.

Agree with you, the theory was to fold out some worse flushes with my K blocker and be live if I run into the nuts or he gets stubborn (to note), not the best play by any mark, though. Ty for your replies.

It's hard to get a flush to fold HU at these stakes I've found regardless of action for 100bb. You can get them to timebank, which is a mild consolation. Also I'm not advocating c/c twice as I don't know if opponent turns jtq draws or top and 2 pairs into bluffs. I'm interested in what better players think though about this spot as it seems to be a pretty common situation in general and a problem for beginners.

I guess on this hand, I'd be looking at what type of hands he would iron raise at utg. If they are tight at utg, I'd be mucking this hand pre. Even versus a loose player, I'm more inclined to fold this hand against a utg open pre due to us bring oop.

;)
