Looked over my DB and found this kind of fun hand.

What do u guys think about the turnplay here?

Games when this hand went down was insanely loose and i just tried to mixx it up to not be the tbl nitt.
But when i lead turn here and face a raise, do we call or jam?
Felt a jam would be good since we have huge EQ% vs a str8 and i rly dont want to end up in a spot where i get bluffed out of the hand on the river. But also sauce love to raise turns and i might just push him off a ton of bluffs so im rather confused overall about what is best and thought it might be interesting to get some input for the future!

Obv pree def is *speculative* but i felt that i was fine with it in these games.

Why do you prefer leading the flop to c/ring? Even 3way on a board this dry sauce's cbetting range should be pretty wide.
The way you played it, I think I prefer calling sauce's raise, if he bluff raises a bunch. He peeled the flop so he will almost always have some sd value and those hands he decides to turn into bluffs ott and fold to your shove have very little equity anyways. So i'd just call and then let him put in the rest otr.

I think leading flopp with middleset was ideal cause we are likely to get peeled by top pairs that may improve to top2 on the turn and we keep the pott pretty small if u compare it to a c/r. Overall i think we just get a pretty good idea off where we are in the hand. Checkraising def work to but as i said i wanted to get a little tricky, if u always going for the std line is such a tough lineup u r gona be pretty easy to play vs and im trying to avoid that. (May also just be lvl'ing my self here)

When sauce raises our turn bett i think the main reason for shove here is that we dont have many rivers we will improve on were we are likely to get paid of, and sauce will play the river pretty perfect IP. If i were IP and sauce checkraised the turn in this spot i would def *just* call but oop i felt for overall game that this was a pretty good spot to jam, but i do also know i kind of play some hands to fast without rly thinking about our options but i rly dont feel comfy calling oop here, even tho i might just be right!

why post the hand then :) river is not about you improving vs his made hands, but him barreling again on blank rivers with all his bluffs

So sauce plays perfectly on most rivers if you call but sauce plays 100% perfectly if you jam. I'd prefer call/call over jamming. And Seems like jamming bc you won't get paid if you hit is about the worst logic ever.

I prefer calling given a) on blanks he can often bluff and you can c/c
b) on Q and hearts he can value cut himself trying to get value from sets and/or bluff
On board pairs Id lead given he probably wont value bet strraights and will shutdown bluffs. Even though your implied odds are low, its the only hope of getting river value.

I don't get what's good you are expecting on the river if you just call with those stack-sizes. What complete air-balls he can have on such texture?

The thing is that i get it in VS this Sauce123 shows [9d, Td Kd 7c ] and that whats make's it a little interesting imo. But maybe that was not that interesting as i first thought ^^

I guess once Sauce raises he feels he has to call off the shove so the shove was a good move on your part. This is player/game dependent for sure.
