25 rush 2nfd+top set, slowplay?

CO: $33.58
BN: $25.18
SB: $21.64
BB: $14.05
UTG: $42.24 (Hero)
HJ: $15.76
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 K 8 A
Hero raises to $0.85, HJ folds, CO folds, BN calls $0.85, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($2.05) 7 8 2 (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.10, BN raises to $5.35
BN is 20/14/4.3 3b 80 hands, postflop AF is 18
vs his toppest range for 3b/5b I even have 50-60% on the flop, so maybe it would be better to just call? otoh I miss value then when he misses his draws... what do you think?

Hero raises to $18.10
BN raises to $24.33, and is all in
Hero calls $6.23
BN shows [9d 9c 7c 6d]
*** TURN *** [7d 8s 2d] [7s] (Total Pot: $50.71, 2 Players, 1 All-In)
*** RIVER *** [7d 8s 2d 7s] [6c] (Total Pot: $50.71, 2 Players, 1 All-In)

i think you played it fine. if you just call you're giving him the opportunity to check back the turn and miss a lot of value. also if a diamond comes that might shut him down.

I think re-raising is a substantially better option. It's a wet board meaning his range here for raising us in the first place probably doesn't contain all that many hands he's gonna find a fold with and there will be a load of turns that we risk letting it go check/check on. If we had position and had just been check/raised, I think I could see an argument for flatting, but as it is, I would just look to get the money in now.

I think shoving is probably best. Most people don't pot it with these stacks and fold to a shove. If you were in position, I'd like a call slightly more, because he's much more guaranteed to bet turn, as he can't take a free river.
