25 PLO ZOOM, 3b pot, planning OTF and further street

BB: $25.22
UTG: $17.60
HJ: $21.18
CO: $36.69 (Hero)
UTG raises to $0.50, HJ calls $0.50, Hero raises to $2.35, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $1.85, HJ calls $1.85
Both of them are completely unknown to me. Only info I have is about UTG that it shows 26/14 (46 hands), and I might be able to say he is not type of 60/5 or 40/10 ....maybe. there's no data about HJ.
After they called my 3b, remaining stack is UTG:$15.25, MP:$18.83 to $7.4 POT.
Question:
1. Are you willing to 3b-sqz on the pre-flop with this AA78ss?
2. How will you play this hand? (100% bet OTF.... and how have you done with your multi-street planning before you bet?)

You bet about $5.5 OTF (I wanna know your recommend bet size, too), and UTG call, HJ folds.
OTT, [6d] came out. The board is [K866] (ssdh). UTG has only $9 to $18 pot.
Question:
1. How do you see about UTG player. Range, Hands, is he fish or not...anything.
2. How do you see the current situation. Are you confident with bare over pair with AAxx here?
No other choice but AI OTT (If I'm not mistaken). Thanks.
FYI: Except the hands which I go for "big-draw vs big-draw" AI, considerable amount of my money has been lost in this type of situation...especially on weekend. (That's also the reason why I post this HH.)
