I expect him to lead 22/66 with some frequency and when you block Ts and 7s his x/r range would be too value heavy. The question is, does have he worse value bets ?

Given the flop action, he should have less 66/22 combos so his range has a bit of a skewness towards JJ and good combo draws when he takes this line and you have no blockers to value portion of it. I mean, it is a very tricky spot OTT.

Would he ever make this sizing with naked 66/22 when you block a good portion of his sets+fd combos ? Raising seems fine but when he repops the action with this specific bluff catcher I don't think you are doing great but also I don't think you can fold when he can still have worse for value with some frequency at this stake.
