Villain is very loose (RFI >35% from any position). I am hesitating to mark people like that as fish after small samples though (109 hands).

I guess flop could also be debatable. I thought that there is a lot of value in betting for protection (against KQ type,56, some 9T), but if somebody disagrees then i would like to discuss that for sure.

In terms of protection, the turn seems to be interesting though. We can fold out the same hand, plus hands like Q9T. Suddenly it appeared to me that i might be inducing from hands like KcQ9T, and some weaker Ac hands as well, and people typically don't check raise a random flush here (versus let's say a $140 bet, leaving $350 into $540 behind for the river).
Any thoughts on this? What if i had Q78J with the Jc? or Q89T with the 9c or Tc? Is it worth more to block a flush, or to have 3 pair when we are thinking about bet calling here?

I think two pair + broadway flush blocker is worth more than three pair on this board.
Q89T with 9c or Tc is also a decent bluff catcher on this board on the river though and shouldn't require too much protection on the turn.
