2.5-2.5-5 9-handed live AA93 on the river can we find a call here?

Hero AA93s on the btn (650 stack) Table covers hero.

Alot off limpers, a maniac/whale pots it to 40 on HJ hero and 3 others calls.

Flop KT4r
Everybody x around. Perhaps I could c-bet this board but the game is so damn spewy and I dont have a bd fd.

Turn 3 that brings in a fd. Everybody checks to hero again who bets 140 into 200. All folds but a creative LAG.
He knows how I play and based on my bet I should not be super strong, I usually pot so he might see my bet a bit
strange. I think it was a mistake NOT to pot since most 2-pairs and sets would have bet the turn since alot of draws came in.

River 2 that completes the flush and LAG donks for 360 into 480. Hero? Well EVERYTHING that he was drawing to come in the only ''draw'' that missed its QJ. He would bet good draws on the turn so he should not be VERY strong here ever. I dont have the ace off clubs. He is very capable off bluffing and since he knows I am tight this could be a spot. At the same time the river is damn ugly... Should I go more for tells here then what he is repping?

With no relevant blocker I'd just fold on the river.

We have AA93ss right? Preflop I'd 3b and see if we can get a lot of money in and/or isolate the whale.

Only one suit meaning, singled suited AA? Or rainbow AA?

Single suited :P. I asked about if this fold is correct since I really felt an urge to call for some reason but after a while thought that ''to much hit'' even though it really felt he was bluffing and threw the hand away. He showed me QJ46 without any suit so he had pair+queen kicker. Although this might be a bit ''optimistic'' even for live, but then again should I trust my gut here although the call seems really scary?

I think you made a good fold. Sure, he can sometimes show up with a bluff.. but if he doesn't have enough of them, we shouldn't make a call.

Perhaps I am wrong here on how I see live poker but I always try to put alot of effort into tells and feel, it seems to me that this is what really good live players do based on these factors and they can make what should be ''wrong'' into right by well soul-reading...It could be confidence related to since I am on a downswing and dont trust my gut enough.

I really appriciate your reply but I just have a hard time forgiving myself since in the end I gotta say I was more scared off actually belive I could make this call and be good more then the fact that balance wise/for his range it is wrong to make this call. Perhaps the doubt in my own abilities makes me feels worse then doing a good fold and saying ''you played well'' but dammit does it feel good to say ''you soul-read him and played perfect'' :).
