Until your opponent has shown you that he's tough, I'd bet turn and give up on most rivers. Your immediate fold equity is so great, and when you check, he's likely to play his range perfectly (bet big and polarized on turn and especially river).

In his shoes, KQJ6 is very tough to play, facing a bet. I'd likely call, planning to turn it into a bluff on straight rivers, and check down on other rivers. Really depends on my opponent and how often he's stabbing on the turn here.

thanks for reassuring me Phil, I worry too much about being exploited with that line but I dont think its happening any where near as much as i feel.

Yeah, there are some players who will take advantage of this, but many players are far too weak here. Don't over-think it until someone starts pushing back multiple times.

And a question about stacksizes, do we go for 2 streets here < +-100 bb, and 3 streets > +-100bb? I still find it hard to determine betsizes in these spots.

I think bet sizes here has to be just big enough so that we can shove rivers without it looking stupid. I don't think we need to bet big with any part of our range because we have enough monsters that can stand heat on most rivers so we don't need to really worry about him abusing our river play much unless he's really creative (and in that case we can just check/snap a lot of rivers with a lot of our hands).
