2/4 3bet pot

BN: $398 (Hero)
SB: $1565.70
BB: $382
HJ: $721.34
CO: $624.28
I open button w/Ah6h5h3c and get 3bet by sb who I dont know much about then bb calls and so do I. BB is a reg who shows aggression at times.
Flop ($110.03) J A K (3 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $76, Hero calls $76, SB folds
Turn ($262.03) A (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks
River ($262.03) 8 (2 Players)
BB bets $112
Once the sb checks I think the bb will take a stab occassionally and bet all his value hands here.

I really don't know what my play should be on any of the streets. Thoughts???

The flop hits a 3 bettors range so hard that I don't think anyone stabs w air here even though the check looks suspicious. You don't have EQ vs. stack-off ranges either 2- or 3 way so I'd probably fold. You don't get direct pot odds calling the flop either (unless SB also calls) so I think this is the worst option.

Alternatively you can raise:

There is 186$ in pot on turn so you risk: 362$ to win 186$.
Your EQ when called is approximately 37% = 308$
So your fold EQ needed (for both players to fold) is => 29%

I don't think the FE for both players to fold is quite that high but on the other hand you'd gain if both players called, or SB pushed and BB folded.

Turn and river is fine.

Folding to the 3B can't really be wrong 3-way with this semi-garbage hand. As played, folding on the flop can't really be wrong either, and we return to the problem with the starting hand: There aren't many flops that make us really happy.

Agree with posters above on turn and river.

More info on BB would be good, like positional stats, etc, as it will greatly help in constructing his range.

As posters above said, you can consider folding pre, although its tight, as it a tough spot to play against 2 different strong ranges (given BB is not fishy).
I don't think you can fold flop though, for a few reasons: 1) you have nfd which is cool, 2) SB is almost never check/raising in this spot, so he will either a) call, which gives you great immediate odds or he will b) fold, which puts you in a spot where you are playing HU and can represent/hit a lot of turns. Villain's range is basically almost always QTxx here, as he doesn't have the Ah for some combo draw and I don't think he's leading too much AK/AJ as he will fear SB, who can go for the check/call line with AAxx/AK, etc. So, basically all turns that pair the board are very good bluffing cards and you have your flush outs as well.

Good post, OnceItrun!

It's nice to have little bit more info about BB 3bet flatting range vs the SB. I don't have much to add. And folding pre-flop is a bit nitty in my opinion. The only thing i want to add that its good for the BB villain to use his QQ - blockers. For example with KQQx, because i think in this spot HERO and SB will play relatively honest postflop.
