Hand is vs a lag villain, playing 32/25 over 200ish hands, 7% 3bet. I don't have many specific reads, although I've seen him lead a flopped straight on a low board in a single-raised pot.

Pre I obviously squeeze, BTN is opening fairly wide, etc. I get pretty confused on the flop as most of the time villain will put me on high cards and his range is going to be fairly weak, but I've also seen him lead a straight.

I hate all of my options on the flop - folding seems weak, raising is only playing against hands that are either flipping or decently ahead (given I also don't have the nutfd) and calling will not stop him from leading most of his range anyways. Thoughts?
