Hello,

just played this Hand and shows again that plo deep is pretty hard for me.
First of all, what do u guys put him on?havent played him before, but he was playing several tables, I picked off a river bluff of him on this table actually a few hands ago(was different tho,he barreled turn and river and I called down on scarecard river, idk if it might influence the decision).
Personally, given my holding I put him on a aces+Nfd or nfd/str8draw type hand or maybe even 6789ish hand, agree/disagree?

Anyway, my plan was to wait for a nonclub turn and go from there, but honestly Im not sure if it is better to simply pot the flop and shove any river.
As played, whats your thoughts and action?(if U would just call the turnbet and he shoves river, whats your intention on blanks like q,j,2,3 or on a 4,7,9 and what about clubs?
Sorry for alot of Questions, maybe its totally standard hand for you more sophisticated plo players but Im genuinely curious!

Hey, So i dont suppose your playing with a hud or have and other reads? like how loose is he pre, how often does he cbets anything like that?

I think personally its a game flow decision, he could be semi bluffing with his pair +nfd, he could have middle set, he could have AAxx with nfd , decent wrap with or with flush draw he could have alot in this spot, its just one of those boards thats so hard to miss...

its definitely a little tricky without any other reads on the guy, he could be a player that you caught him bluffing not so long ago so he's only going to have teh goods here and hope you call again, he could be the type that will play the level, 'he caught me bluffing before', now's a good time to do it again, he'll give me more credit this time etc etc ....but in saying that when he pops it back to $159 i THINK (really not sure) but i think it gives less waiting to a wrap and maybe to a nfd with a pair..or a set, with a small flush draw, so in saying that id try and get as much in on the flop...

assuming that the double barrel that you caught him in before was a one off (and thats a big assumption), if your going to ship the river you may as well shove now, and hope he turns up his pair plus flush draw...his set etc, i don't think you have any fold equity other than him holding complete air, i might not be as experienced in this spot but i don't know if its even possible for him to be bluffing..

honestly your losing to him holding a 79 and beating his flush draws, sets, AAxx hands then theres the plair plus flush, 2 pair plus flush...with no reads and the fact that he has shown he can barrel light id say you get as much in on the flop if you like your flop calls, then on non flush turns id be getting it in, the 5 is not so good but i think there's more hands your beating then your losing to...hope it helped cause i know it made me think

If you like what i said please heart it, and let me know where i went wrong if you didn't.. :)

hey, gonna read your post in a sec, I do use a hud but I have only 95hands on him which..well, idk didnt mean much to me, and gives me also no clue about his sbrange.
nontheless its 33/24.4/94. vp/pfr/3bet flopcbet 78%,fold to flopraise 66%(again w grain of salt)

just finished reading, I do agree generally with you, personally I was wondering tho what he is barreling with because honestly, most ppl would pot the flop and try to get it in//get in on the turn if called on flop(w topsetish hands).
So given that Im kinda curious what he is betting the turn with, I mean maybe Im overthinking this, but given stacksizes and how the hand plays I wouldnt really be comfortable if I was in his shoes w sth like a nfd/pair or overpair..so Im not sure if im leveling myself weighting his range too much toward str8s.
What Im also curious about is his sizing, I honestly dont know why he is betting this amount and not pot, no matter with which hands.or if it is exactely because of what I said above about my perceived range.
sorry for random rant/thoughts.
