BN: $20
SB: $37.32
BB: $39.81
UTG: $28.02

CO seems semi ok, positional aware PFR ~25 between CO, MP, EP. As I ook at the history and stats seems like a passive player (cbetting too much, scare of nut hands)
I think that this call is fine, button does 3b a lot on the button 8% on button compared to 3% from any other position (2k hands)
SB is also spewy not positionally aware, 3bs about 11% from all positions.

UTG folds, HJ raises to $0.70, Hero calls $0.70, BN folds, SB raises to $3, BB calls $2.80, HJ calls $2.30, Hero calls $2.30

Once we call the first raise closing the action makes sense.

HJ bets $12
Is this an easy call or fold at this point? HU I would just snap it off but with two players left behind to act behind and a flop that could hit the 10% 3b range from the SB player and a BB cld call makes me feel like this is an easy fold. I am guessing that a fold would be correct. I assume that we have the equity against the HJ to GII but if it goes multiway our equity is terrible and we have to figure that x% of the time it will be multiway?
1) I guess HU easy GII with our equity
2) One player left to act do we ship?
3) Two players left to act is it an easy fold?

You could perhaps consider a 3-bet preflop here. I think calling is a losing play though, considering the players you have to your left. But the best play is most likely to fold.
Easy fold pre, both times. Would need a very good reason to call here i.e. HJ is very exploitable postflop and all players behind me are tight or there's a player behind me that is absolutely terrible.
Flop is fold. This board smashes a tight range and we they come out betting big into 4 strong ranges your hand is in big trouble
