Could peel or 3 bet pre-flop.
I feel that the advantages of 3 betting are that: the hand is very disguised (i.e. the opposite to aces and crushes a board that aces would usually be in very bad shape), it plays vs 4 bets pretty well (and we are deep enough/in position), the gap is at the bottom end of the hand (4678), so draws to the nut straights, and 3 betting takes control of the pot / adds some fold equity / makes life tricky for villains.
The disadvantages I think are that: the draws are low and can easily be dominated, the hand in general is pretty weak (I'm not sure if there is a way to do it, but I put the hand vs a 40% range in Equilab Omaha and it came out as 41% equity - this doesn't include the 2 players left to act), and because the pot is inflated by the 3 bet the value of position becomes less.
So I'm not sure whether to 3 bet it not, what do other people think? My conclusion is that flatting is better (unless I have played a big sample of hands on that table and not 3 bet yet), I like playing hands in position

SB checks,
CO bets $16,
Hero calls $16,
SB folds
Could raise or call...it's really depressing to say, but on every street in this hand I do not know what the best option is, or how to find out what it is ! :/
Turn
($52.00)

(2 Players)
CO bets $30,
Hero raises to $142,
CO calls $112
What are people's thoughts on the bet sizing ? I think I should do smaller so that I have more options in similar spots with different holdings..do people ever flat here for deception / prevent the pot growing (sounds like the opposite of what I want to happen).
River

CO bets $252
Hero?
There is a lot of missed draws on the river and the king seems less dangerous than a 2, 3 or 5...he jams and my odds are 30% - his river aggro is 34%, I've no reason or evidence to believe is capable of bluffing or not bluffing. He is playing 42/29, could that be factored into the analysis?

**So I've been listing all the areas of my game that I want to improve in...and it is such a long list that I thought I need to focus on only a few at a time and review them week by week to make any progress - I'm using the HEM2 filter: "Hand Groupings Omaha" and selecting the worse 3 from that to work on each week (worst as in, -ev bb/100)
I'll talk about it more in my monthly next week, however this week I'm working on High, Middle and Low Wraps (wraps are my 3 biggest losers, they should be winners really...?!).
Hence the example hand, as always any comments appreciated :)
Thanks
Steve
