I certainly agree with your comments in the referenced post and this hand I think is a good follow on to the example.
Onto the hand: The flop is pretty messy (btw is there a way to add spoilers when posting hand histories?) and I'm 115 BB's deep.
Once the cold caller flats I can get a big % of my stack in on the flop - I think it would also put the other 2 players in awkward situations without nut draws or holdings...what are people's thoughts regarding raising or flatting on the flop? If I flat the turn is going to be pretty tricky to play without a safe card and facing the right action.
The OR is playing 41/23/4 over 280 hands and the big stack 36/20/6 over 1000 hands.
