I just called him with mid pair on flush board for 2 bets a couple of hands ago and was right but don't think that matters too much 3way.

Stackoff and get big stack with position on the whale?

We block 0 diamonds, he's a monkey. you don't get 12 buyins by being a nit. It's a profitable open I'm pretty sure. I mean I didn't want to go all with bottom set in but really was one tabling and my only intention was to take it all.

+1 to fold pre.

I'm shoving ott probably. vs passive villain I could think on calling, reevaluating on the river, but if he is 75\50 I would expect b/c w\j8, even JT9

So we can see fold pf is better. If we open this hand on the bn,at least we can play hu with a small pot  losing less with marginal hand.

I chalk it up to variance, a ton of the times i will either bluff, vbet 3 streets against 2 pair or hit a flush or the unlikely straight. Or they will just fold pre. If he's calling K882r bb vs me, it can't be not profitable.
