200 zoom PLO squeeze spot

BN: $226.48
SB: $253.12
BB: $238.47
UTG: $383.64
HJ: $407.40 (Hero)
CO: $240.17
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T 8 9 T
UTG folds, Hero raises to $6, CO calls $6, BN folds, SB folds, BB raises to $25

BB is very nitty w/ squeezes, almost always AA, strong KK. CO is a loose passive rec player (35% VPIP from CO) How well are we actually doing calling here pre going 3 ways to the flop with the worst relative position, and and SPR of 3.

Interested to hear some thoughts, and if anyone can prove it's a call or a fold mathematically.

Cant imagine folding this given bb has a face up range and CO is going to play pretty honest....I don't see how you can prove it wrong or right mathematically given there's still room to play postflop but maybe someone smarter can shed some light on that

It might become a tough spot if you and the CO are very deep (200bb++) because of the possible problems you mentioned, but given that the effective stack is just over 100bb and CO is propably going to make some equity mistakes postflop even with absolute position given that he is a weaker player I'm happy to call a hand this "strong".

Having reads on the BB of how he might play his range on flops might also help in this spot (e.g. betting a different size when he flops gin compared to when he flops just a bare overpair with maybe a gutter).

given the fact that the CO is a weaker player and the BB has a very narrow range I would call here. you will have the chance to donk on some boards like 7d5d4h and get a lot of folds. if the board is somewhat marginal for you and the BB decides to cbet you just fold
