should I pot the flop? since I'm going to bet big? or should I bet small. I can't see myself having much of a bet/fold range here

i like betting a little bigger otf yes, not pot nec. you will never induce a light raise by betting this size in my experience so its just about making him make a mistake with his range. whether you 4b other hands than AA and how often or not at all, most ppl will assume you have AA 100% here so you just have to set a price where he incorrectly calls or folds without him having too much implied. 115-130 on the flop should be fine and im jamming any turn except maybe Kh/8h but i think im still jamming those bc of the size of the pot.
He will never bluff raise in this spot so if he has a made hand you gii anyways of he has a draw make him pay for it. Betting bigger like 120 seems best because it also makes your turn decison easy!
Hi,
What is your 4bet range? Do you ever 4bet non AAxx?
You did not post any stats or reads so it is harder to analyze but in general:
a 3bet from BB to MP is consisting of many strong and playable hands. I assume your MP PFR is tight so if villain is not a fish he adjusts his 3bet range accordingly. When you 4bet you will have AAxx most of the time.
FLOP
No matter what the sizing on the flop villain will put you on AAxx given the preflop action. Villains continuing range consist of hands that have decent equity against our hand so here we are better of to just pot the flop imo. Villain will never raise his combo draws but will try to outdraw your AA and then get the money in when he hits the turn.
TURN
You need 27% equity on the turn which is close. I expect villain will show up with JT most of the time when he is donkbetting all in (you have only 20%). But since he can have AKJ, AKT, AKQ etc type of hands as well (if he is not folding vs 4bets ) you still have to call.
agree 100% , just wanted to mention that calling pre has a lot of benefits since we don't have very good aces and he is likely to 3bet a lot of rundowns with high likelyhood of flopping strong hands/draws on most dynamic boards.
since in a vacuum people 4betting range tend to be biased to aces (and you have probably the worst ones) I rather just call the 3b. On this wet board I would go bigger on the flop, like $110-$120 but with no redraw the turn is pretty close and I prefer to fold there. The villain leading range on this 2 flush board is heavily towards to QJTx and less likely to 2p+flush draw or even 2flushdraw combos and you're drawing a little thin against it to a 100bb call.
