20 way wrap on turn ip - deep

BB: $1044.80
HJ: $796.89 (Hero)
CO: $669.72
BN: $448.02
SB: $262.21
SB is the table target (76/2) and BB is a very tight player (17/11)
Preflop ($3.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 K T Q
Hero raises to $9, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $8, BB calls $7
Flop ($27.00) 5 9 J (3 Players)
SB bets $10, BB raises to $57.70, Hero calls $57.70, SB calls $47.70
Is raise mandatory? I figured that it would be a highly profitable spot for me if SB RR flop - so I just flatted.
Turn ($200.10) 5 9 J 6 (3 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks
I have a 20 way wrap so I can bet/call, but was unsure of the sizing due to the SS in SB. I was moving the bet-slider back and forth and ended up checking (time-bank ran out).
River ($200.10) 5 9 J 6 4 (3 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks
Final Pot
SB has 5 3 J Q BB has J 9 T K BB wins $199.30
What would be the standard way of playing this hand?
