Given that I block 79, his range in my eyes is skewed a lot towards draws - flushdraw and/or straight draw, occasionaly he will have just a JT9 or KQJ7. This means that on blank turns he will often miss and lose equity but is going to barrel nevertheless because he can expect a lot of folding equity given my turn range. I dont expect to get bluffed that often on flush/T/J turn, and even if I do i can comfortable call and probably fold river.
Turnplay is pretty interesting in my opinion, because both calling and shoving are viable options. When would you prefer one over another?
IMO:
Calling better when:
-> stacks deeper,
-> very aggro villain, preferably one with who we play a lot (balancing).
Jamming better when:
-> stacks shallower, so implied odds on our deceptive play smaller,
-> villain passive overall, on river especially.
