1/2 PLO flop bad bad wrap in 3Bet pot.

BN: $210.56 (Hero)
SB: $205.82
BB: $77
HJ: $231.26
CO: $200
Preflop ($3.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 6 8 7
HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $4.60, SB raises to $15.80, BB folds, Hero calls $11.20
Flop ($34.60) 5 9 J (2 Players)
SB bets $24
SB is a regular, but I haven't played much with him, has been 3Betting 9% from the blinds in ~100 hands, CB 50%.

Wondering what people's standard line is here vs a relatively unknown opponent. I've gone back and forth between raise getting it in, and calling, playing turns IP.

Thanks.

You have probably enough EQ vs. his betting range (around 40?!) but you are in very bad shape vs his stack-off range (less than 30?!). I haven't done the math but I'm pretty sure you shouldn't raise.

You flopped too well to fold, so I'd call.
