Not sure why preflop isnt shown but CO opens then button, sb and I call from bb with 7c6h5s4s

This type of spot gives me trouble at times. I like betting after sb checks but if either

On the turn I really dont know how to play it. C/folding seems way to weak/exploitable so maybe bet/folding is best.
Thoughts?
