10PLO when/how to widen 4b range 100bb effective OOP.

HJ calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.45, BN raises to $1.60, SB folds, BB folds, HJ folds

So button is pretty active and 3b wider than AA here (10% vs CO). However how wide does button need to 3b in order for a 4b/c line to be profitable with this part of our range (double suited High card hands).
Also against someone 3b button 10% vs CO
Would you add AQT8:Axx?
Would you add AQT4$ds?
If no how wide does the 3b range need to be to add these hands?
