10PLO on Ignition - As a holdem player I'm fist pumping, but should I be?

Hi all, I've dabbled in PLO in the past but never really took it serious. Now I'm starting to take it serious and wanting to learn more about the game. I keep getting into spots where I'm honestly just not sure what to do and this is one of them.

My sample size on these players is limited but I'm fairly confident in my read about SB being weak tight. So when he takes the c/c, bet, bet line I'm kinda lost. I feel like his value range has my hand crushed and while we have FH I feel like it's pretty much a bluff catcher at this point.

My main question is do we call river but input on other streets is welcomed. Thanks

SB: $9.65 (96.5 bb) - Weak tight, passive post
BB: $3 (30 bb)
Hero (UTG): $25.60 (256 bb) - PLO Noob (Me)
MP: $9.48 (94.8 bb)
CO: $3.90 (39 bb)
BTN: $14.89 (148.9 bb) - Whale, playing 90% of hands but not really relevant

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Td Ah 9c Jd
Hero raises to $0.35, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.35, SB calls $0.30, BB folds

Flop: ($1.15) 7s Js 9h (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.70, BTN folds, SB calls $0.70

Turn: ($2.55) 9s (2 players)
SB bets $2.55, Hero calls $2.55

River: ($7.65) 7h (2 players)
SB bets $6.05, Hero ?

PS...how do I get the hands to show up like I see in other threads? I just posted original text hand history from HM.
