I can't call, I hate shoving. So is folding the only good option here (I hate that too tbh)?

For the price he's laying you. It's a call. We have a good flush draw and many outs against two pair combo's. If he has a straight, we will hear from him on blank rivers.
You could think about checking this hand on turns since we will be lost on almost all rivers.
Sure you can call, youve got excellent odds of 1:4,4 so you only need to win about 18,5% of the time. You may have reverse implied odds though, its hard to get action on hearts and it`s not clear, what should you do, when board pairs. But anyway, with those odds you just have to call.
I belive the best play is check/call the turn. You could already be loosing on that turn so the flush is your only rescue.....if he bets the turn it's easy call and if the river is blank then you walk away with minimum damage.....
