10plo Flop slowplay and turn/river decision

BN: $6.54
SB: $29.64 (Hero)
BB: $4.13
UTG: $8.17
HJ: $5
CO: $3.70
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J A 7 J
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO calls $0.10, BN calls $0.10, Hero calls $0.05, BB checks
I guess completing the Small blind makes most sense preflop? Almost guaranteed to play multy-way oop to everybody if I raise.
Flop ($0.40) 2 J 2 (4 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO bets $0.30, BN calls $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, BB folds
Is this a spot where we can slowplay in PLO? I really don't see too many hands I can get value from, I'm not too worried about overcards giving someone a better hand unless it's a Q or a K giving someone a better boat, but obviously that's not gonna happen often.
Turn ($1.30) 2 J 2 K (3 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks, BN bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, CO folds
Button bets small IP, should I c/r him here? I would have raised this bet on any non Q/K turn but maybe I should still raise?
River ($1.90) 2 J 2 K 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $1.82

I guess this is just a call? I think he's pretty polarized to KK/22/K2, not sure I beat his calling range if I raise.
